Due to the nature of digital products (software, scripts, and assets), all sales are final. Once a purchase is made and the files have been downloaded or the license has been granted to your Keymaster account, we cannot offer a refund.

Exceptions may be made only if:

• The script is completely non-functional and our support team cannot fix it.
• A duplicate payment was made in error.

Chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban from our store, Discord, and Tebex network, and your license keys will be revoked.

By purchasing our resources, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your FiveM server.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or leak our scripts.
• You may not claim our code as your own.
• Most scripts are protected by the FiveM Asset Escrow system. You must have a valid Cfx.re account to access your purchase.

We pride ourselves on quality. Every purchase includes Lifetime Support via our official Discord server.

What we cover:

• Bug fixes and error resolution.
• Guidance on configuration and installation.
• Updates for compatibility with new FiveM/Framework versions.

* Note: We do not provide support for custom edits you make to the code, or conflicts caused by other broken resources on your server.

Data Privacy: We do not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed by Tebex. We only retain your FiveM Username/ID to validate your license.
